Cross Country

Cross Country is a wonderful individual sport of long distance running.

A race against the clock, but also to test your personal limits, is on offer, and many boys use this sport as a means to get fit. Dependent on the age groups, weekly races are hosted in varying distances from 1km to 4km for the grade 7 boys. It is an opportunity to learn perseverance and endurance. Never giving up, it is the individual that triumphs in this sporting code.
The real purpose of running isn’t to win a race, it’s to test the limits of the human heart.
